| 为预测Sestrin1蛋白的结构与功能,应用生物信息学方法对该蛋白的理化性质、二级结构、三级结构、蛋白质相互作用和功能进行分析。结果显示,Sestrin1是一种不稳定的胞内亲水蛋白,无信号肽和跨膜区域,可发生磷酸化修饰。其二级结构以α-螺旋为主,SESN-A和SESN-C为主要功能结构域,通过残基Cys130、Asp418和Asp419发挥抗氧化作用。本研究为进一步探讨Sestrin1蛋白在高原红细胞增多症发生发展中的作用机制提供理论依据。 |

| To predict the structure and function of the Sestrin1 protein, bioinformatics methods are used to analyze its physicochemical properties, secondary structure, tertiary structure, protein interactions and functions. The results show that Sestrin1 is an unstable intracellular hydrophilic protein, lacking signal peptides and transmembrane regions, and can undergo phosphorylation modification. Its secondary structure is predominantly α-helical, with SESN-A and SESN-C as the main functional domains. It exerts antioxidant effects through the residues Cys130, Asp418 and Asp419. This study provides a theoretical basis for further exploring the role of the Sestrin1 protein in the development of high-altitude polycythemia. |
