生物信息学教学动态与热点探析基于中文数据库的Citespace知识图谱分析

摘要:
分析生物信息学课程教学的研究热点和发展趋势,为教学改革提供参考。以2002~2022年中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊数据库收录的528篇期刊文献作为数据来源,使用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对生物信息学教学领域20年以来的发展现状、研究热点和发展趋势进行梳理。生物信息学教学改革发文量一直呈上升状态,但研究机构及作者之间存在沟通壁垒;

Abstract:
To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of bioinformatics course teaching and provide reference for teaching reform. Methods: A total of 528 papers were used as data sources, and they were collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, and VIP Periodical Database from 2002 to 2022. The development status, research hotspots and development trends of the bioinformatics teaching field over the past 20 years have been sorted out by using the CiteSpace visual analysis software. Results: The number of papers published on bioinformatics teaching reform has been on the rise, but there are communication barriers between research institutions and authors; the key words "teaching reform", "teaching mode", "teaching method" and "teaching" are the core topics of bioinformatics teaching research. The keyword clustering and timeline map show that interdisciplinary, network teaching, innovation ability training, graduate students, visual bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, R language, course ideological and political are the research trends in the future. Conclusions: The teaching and research of bioinformatics has been paid more and more attention, and strengthening the cooperation and communication between authors and institutions will help to promote the reform of course teaching; The teaching mode of bioinformatics teaching has gradually changed to "student-centered", and the teaching methods of the course are constantly being innovated; Course ideology and politics are the future research focus and trend of bioinformatics
