摘要: |
针对生物信息学相关课程的实验教学需求,结合前沿科研问题和成果,设计了基于问题导向的生物信息学综合实验。实验以宏基因组中基因资源挖掘以及蛋白质结构和功能研究为主线,将生物信息学多种学科背景、多个知识点、多类分析技术交叉融合为围绕科学问题开展的综合性实验。通过该实验,激发学生学习兴趣,加深学生对专业知识的理解和掌握,提高学生生物信息学实验操作技能,培养学生科学思维和创新能力。 |

Abstract: |
To fulfill the requirement of practical teaching in current bioinformatics courses, a comprehensive problem-oriented bioinformatics practice was developed by incorporation of cutting-edge scientific topics. The practice focuses on the data mining of metagenomics and the analysis of protein structure and function. It takes advantages of multidisciplinary knowledge background and multiple analysis techniques to solve scientific questions. The practice aims at stimulating students' learning interest, deepening their understanding and mastery of professional knowledge, improving their problem-solving skills of bioinformatics,developing their scientific thinking, and enhancing their innovation ability. |
