Probe design is the most important part for the preparation of high quality gene chip. ARB software is the main software used to design probes for the phylogenetic oligonucleotide gene chip (PhyloChip). This paper introduced the installation, probe design using ARB software, and other functions of ARB software. This will help users to design probe quickly using the ARB software, and promote the development and application of PhyloChip. |
