| Abstract: | Biochip technology was a kind of novel microanalysis technology. This paper has introduced the fundamental knowledge of the biochip including micro arrays, sample preparation, chemical reaction and results determination. It's application in food Microorganism field, food toxicology, GMO food detection and the problems to be dealt with were discussed in this paper. |
