| 摘 要： | DGGE是一种有效的微生物多样性研究技术。本文简要介绍了DGGE(denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis)的基本原理,及其在研究土壤微生物类群多样性中的应用,并对该技术自身存在的缺陷进行了评价。
