摘    要:随着基因组计划的发展和基因分离技术的不断提高,大量的DNA序列需要进行分析以获得有用的生物学信息。然而当前开发的大多数序列分析软件或者使用功能比较单一,或者价格比较昂贵,不能很好的满足日常工作的需要。利用流行的Visual Basic语言进行核酸序列分析软件的开发,编制的BioXM软件能够满足包括翻译、ORF查找、序列联配、酶切位点分析、引物辅助设计、序列排列格式化、序列格式转换、载体序列去除等需要,达到了满意的应用效果。

Abstract:More and more DNA sequences could be analyzed in aider to obtain useful biology information with the development of genomics and technology enhancement of gene's isolation. Most of sequence analysis software, however, are developed with either unique function or high price, which limit the wide usages of them. This paper introduces the development of new software developed by a popular programming language Visual Basic,named as BioXM.The BioXM may have function in normal sequence analysis including translating DNA, finding ORF, sequences alignment .discovering the cutting sites of restrictive enzymes, primer designing, removing cloning vector sequences and a highlighted function of listing sequences for paper's publication. All the functions mentioned above achieve a good output result.
