摘要: |
随着对APOBEC3抗病毒功能的深入研究以及其在癌症中的表现,APOBEC3已成为当前的热点。小鼠只有一个APOBEC3基因,而人类有七个APOBEC3基因,人类APOBEC3G是其中研究最明确的抗病毒蛋白。利用生物信息学方法对两个蛋白进行序列比对、亲疏水性分析、亚细胞定位预测、二级结构及高级结构分析以及相互作用分析。结果显示小鼠APOBEC3和人类APOBEC3G具有很多相似之处,二者均为碱性的不稳定亲水性蛋白质,二者含量最高的氨基酸也都是Leu。小鼠APOBEC3属于APOBEC超家族,具有两个保守的结构域。小鼠APOEC3的结构分析可能对进一步揭示哺乳动物APOBEC3的功能具有重要意义。 |

Structural and functional analysis of mouse APOBEC3 |

Abstract: |
APOBEC3 has become a hot spot due to its antiviral functions and performances in cancers. Mouse only has one APOBEC3 gene, while human has seven APOBEC3 genes, of which APOBEC3G is the most explicitly stndied. In this paper, bioinformatics methods are used to perform sequence alignment, hydrophilic and hydrophobic analysis, subcellular localization prediction, analysis of secondary structure and high-level structure, and interaction analysis of two proteins. Results show that mouse APOBEC3 and human APOBEC3G have many similarities that both of them are alkaline unstable hydrophilic proteins and their highest amino acids are both Leu. The mouse APOBEC3 which has two conserved domains belongs to the APOBEC superfamily. The structural analysis of mouse APOBEC3 may be of great significance in revealing the function of mammalian APOBEC3. |
