| A perl script ChooseMaterials.pl was written for picking the choose samples by calculate the percentage of the increased or decreased level at pair:subtraction of two samples divided by means of two values at pair. It achieves controlling variable and outstanding key factors effects, and convenient for picking the choose samples by investigators to further experimental or analysis. |
